傅崐萁率领的中国国民党民意代表参访团一行28日返回台北，结束在北京的参访行程。此次行程虽然只有短短两天，但却在海峡两岸引发广泛关注，受到普遍肯定，对于观察当前两岸关系至少有三点启示。
其一，交流合作为两岸同胞所盼所需。
傅崐萁一行及近期多批岛内参访团接连“登陆”，正是被民进党当局和三年新冠疫情所压制的交流动能的爆发。两岸同胞同属中华民族，是一家人，常来常往、走近走亲是人之常情，多交流就会多取得实质性成果。例如，4月28日，文化和旅游部副部长饶权在会见国民党民意代表参访团一行时即宣布，将率先恢复福建居民到马祖旅游，并在平潭到台湾的海上客运直航复航后，恢复福建居民赴台团队旅游。
疫情防控转段以来，大陆方面一直积极推动实现两岸人员往来正常化、交流合作常态化。此次又释放出明确的信号、十足的善意。台湾观光业者已于第一时间呼吁民进党当局“接球”，应加快解除管控和限制台湾居民赴大陆团队旅游的“禁团令”。民进党当局理应把握良机，改弦更张。
其二，尊重、关爱、造福台湾同胞是大陆不变的理念。
自4月3日花莲强震发生以来，逾千次的余震仍在袭击台湾东部。习近平总书记10日会见马英九一行时对遇难同胞表示哀悼，对灾区民众表示慰问。中共中央政治局常委、全国政协主席王沪宁27日会见傅崐萁一行时又表示，大陆同胞对花莲地震灾区同胞深为关切，愿意为花莲灾区灾后恢复重建提供积极帮助。
当天，国务院台办、中国红十字总会宣布将通过两岸红十字组织向花莲提供活动板房。关心台湾同胞福祉安全是两岸同胞骨肉亲情使然，台湾同胞的失亲之痛，大陆同胞感同身受。从“9·21”地震到“莫拉克”风灾，从台铁“太鲁阁号”事故到此次花莲地震，大陆民众始终心系岛内同胞安危。互联网留言祝福、民间积极捐款捐物从未间断。爱、亲情、温暖，理应成为两岸关系的“关键词”，不断为台海和平稳定、两岸关系发展注入正能量。
其三，两岸关系越好，台湾同胞的生活才会更好。
傅崐萁出发时称，参访团此行是为岛内的百工百业“请命”。28日，海关总署副署长赵增连在会见傅崐萁一行时宣布，将在科学评估的基础上依法依规批准符合大陆检疫要求的台湾文旦柚等农渔产品输入大陆。这一善举，让岛内农渔民看到了优质产品常销、畅销大陆的曙光，也再次昭示，两岸关系好，自身的生活才会更好。
新的民进党当局下月即将上台，摆在其面前的正道很清晰，就是要承认“九二共识”，放弃“台独”立场，改变对抗思维，尽快恢复两岸民间正常交流，不再阻挠双方经贸往来。唯有两岸关系改善，岛内经济问题、民生困境才能找到解决的出路。(完)
